FasTForward Trophy

The Trophy is awarded to the writer who submitted the “best” article as published during the year and nominated by the readership.

FasTForward is the quarterly magazine of the MGF Register. It was instigated in 2006 by Tim Morris, who is still the editor, and followed the publication of Year Books in 2004 and 2005.

It was designed as a way to recognise and encourage members/writers to submit articles for publication and also as a way to keep a historical record of the MGF/TF and the MGF Register itself.

In 2008 an annual award was instigated to recognise the contributors to the magazine It was the second of two trophies created from model MGFs (the Brian Griffin Competition Trophy is the other).
